Had an awesome group trip! The gym was perfect for our fitness routines with weights and cardio machines. Access to The Hindmarsh Club for a nice lounge experience. Staff were super helpful, making our stay extra enjoyable.

While the bathroom was clean overall, we did find some grime on the glass shower screen that could have been addressed better.

The bed? Super comfy – one of the best I've slept on in ages. I loved having a large TV and plenty of space for my things. The bathroom felt modern, and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was a real treat with a wide selection and delicious options. The service staff made my mornings brighter. The only downside? I had a little trouble with the hot water on my first night, which was disappointing, but it worked perfectly after that. I didn’t notice many negatives but the pool area could use more cleanliness. Location makes it easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. Everything about my stay here felt welcoming and designed for comfort.

I stayed for one night in a deluxe room with two double beds and city view, and I loved how comfy the beds were after a long day. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding. Although the bathroom design could be a bit better, it didn’t take away from my overall great experience! 😊

We had a spacious room with a large bath and a quiet balcony, perfect for relaxing after exploring. The central location made it easy to walk to shopping and attractions.

Comfy double beds and great pool for kids. Dirty hallways took away from the stay.

The deluxe king room was a highlight, featuring a spacious layout and a stunning view. Breakfast had an excellent selection, especially the customizable omelets and fresh orange juice. However, the hallway cleanliness left much to be desired, as we noticed dirt and debris that took too long to be addressed. Additionally, while the bar area was inviting, the meal at Salt Restaurant was unsatisfactory, with tough steak and chewy pork belly. All in all, it’s a solid choice for a stay.

Our family enjoyed a delightful two-night stay. The room provided cozy comfort for four. The reception team’s warm welcome made us feel right at home, and the nearby coffee spots were perfect for our mornings. A little improvement in the air conditioning would enhance the experience.
